In the mile high
Philly Pretzels have a twisted history in Philadelphia. Born out of the necessity of efficiency in the 1850's, German immigrants squished the traditional pretzel into a figure-eight and started baking them in chains. Ever since, these soft pretzels could be found everywhere- from street corners to storefronts, making these a staple for many.
Simply put, The Pretzelry aims to be a reliable source of a dang good soft pretzel, sharing a little twist of the Brotherly Love I've grown up with.
